We depart Perth and head north through market gardens
and vineyards as we travel to the Nambung National Park and
the fascinating Pinnacles Desert. After exploring these
unique formations we continue our journey northwards along

to some local sand dunes for an adrenaline rush, sand boarding
down these huge slopes. From here we continue on to Kalbarri
and our overnight accommodation. (LD)
Day 2 Kalbarri
- Denham
After an early rise we take a short drive to Murchison
Gorge in Kalbarri National Park to explore Natures
Window, the Loop and discover the wonders of the Z-Bend Gorge.
At Z-Bend Gorge it is an exhilarating 150 metre descent into
the heart of the gorge - well worth the effort - where there
is time to explore and swim in the tranquil fresh water pools.
For the adventurous there is even an opportunity to try your
hand at abseiling (at own expense). After a well earned lunch
it's time to make our way toward Monkey Mia, stopping at the
beautiful Shell Beach and then onto Denham for our
overnight stop. (BLD)
Day 3 Denham
-Northampton
After a short drive across the Peron Peninsula we make
our way down to the beach and the world famous Monkey Mia
dolphins - its a unique experience and there are some
fantastic photo opportunities. Here you can also enjoy a sail
boat cruise (at own expense) to view more magnificent creatures
of the sea of this vast area. All too soon its time to leave
Monkey Mia and begin our return journey south. On the way
we visit Eagle Bluff and Hamelin Pool with its amazing stromatolites
before heading to our Farmstay at Northampton. (BLD)
Day 4 Northampton
- Perth
This morning we make the short journey to the Hutt
River Province and learn about a unique part of our history.
For those who wish to add another stamp to your passport bring
yours along!! We depart Hutt River and begin our journey south
