BOOKINGS
We will
ask you for: tours selected, dates, names, credit card details,
accom preference (Coast/Island tours) or sleeping bag request
(Outback tours), any special meal requirements, country of
origin and there is space to pop questions to us.
Please
note: 20% deposit is required at time of booking taken by
Australia
4 Wheel Drive Rentals.
Emu Run will collect the 80% balance 14days prior to departure
date unless otherwise advised.
We will
email confirmation usually within one working day (two at
the max).
Changing
dates:
Changing dates is possible without penalty if done more than
48 hours in advance.
We reserve
the right to charge a 50% fee if done in the last 48 hours
because of the possible loss of other customers.
Amendments
There is no additional charge for adjustment of your tour
date – subject to availability on newly selected day.
Cancellation
Emu Run may charge the following fees upon cancellation +
A4WDR Booking Deposit
50% of fare – Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure
+ A4WDR Booking Deposit
20% of fare – Cancellation between 24 hours & 7 days prior
to departure + A4WDR Booking Deposit
Important:
All accommodation pick ups are to be reserved at least 24
hours before departure, passengers are to call the Tour Operator
direct on the number supplied on their E-ticket. Please also
let us know if your customer has any dietary requirements
or medical conditions we need to be aware of before departure.
Open
dated vouchers
Tours can be sold on open dated tickets, please provide the
following information at the time of booking. " Name of tour
sold " Passengers details " Agent ticket/voucher number Confirmation
of the booking and ticket number will be sent back to you.
To confirm the departure date, passengers in Australia call
the number on the Eticket they recieve from Australia 4 Wheel
Drive Rentals and quote the reference number, we will book
the customer on the desired departure date (subject to availability).
General
Conditions of Travel
Travel insurance Travel insurance in not included in the purchase
of any tours. We highly recommend all passengers have travel
insurance to cover circumstances where loss or damage to property,
illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed
date of departure occurs. AMinimum of 2-3 passengers required
for most departures. At the discretion of Emu Run reservation
staff.
Fares
& Itineraries
Emu Run reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares, itineraries
and days of operation. At times it may be necessary to provide
alternative transport and take alternative routes. No refunds
will be given in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration
of a tour for any reason including weather, road conditions
or mechanical failure. Emu Run cannot guarantee pick-up or
drop-off times and are not liable for passengers failure to
connect with other services.
Child
Rates
Child rates apply to children between children 15yrs &
under are 1/2 price .
Liability
Emu Run accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to
personal belongings or luggage or for any injury or loss of
any type whilst on tour or arising from the use of third party
suppliers services, such as camel ride services, accommodation,
restaurants or local tour operators. cannot be held responsible
for passenger's failure to re-join tours where the company's
instructions have not been adhered to. Accordingly, all costs
incurred by passengers as a result will be at own expense.
